O Blessed Mother Mary, heart of love, heart of mercy, always listening, caring, consoling, hear our prayer. As your children, we implore your intercession with Jesus, your Beloved Son. Receive with understanding and compassion the petitions we place before you:

We consecrate and entrust all the names we have received and all the names we will receive and into your gentle, motherly care.  We are comforted in knowing your heart is always open to those who ask you for prayer. We ask for your intercession for all these intentions.  Help all of us, Holy Mary, Mother of God, to bear our burdens in this life until we may share eternal life and peace with God forever. Amen.
